Before Everyone Comes Home for the Holidays
When the pumpkin displays start appearing next to doors and on patios, you know the holiday baking season is just around the corner. Now is the time to take care of pesky problems that have been plaguing you all year. Perform Sub-Zero repair and maintenance before your big fridge is filled with groceries. And don’t overlook your Wolf oven service and get stuck with burnt cookies, raw turkey and hungry guests.
Keep it cool with Sub-Zero maintenance
You already know that your Sub-Zero refrigerator can hold a lot of food. When you are hosting guests, you’ll probably have it packed with expensive groceries. Imagine how much it would cost – not to mention the hassle – if you had to replace meats, cheeses, sauces and party platters. If you suspect that your unit has problems, now is the time to check it out by performing routine maintenance or calling for service.

- Test the oven with a common cooking thermometer to ensure that baking temperatures and times are accurate.
- Never place foil on the floor of your Wolf oven to catch drips. It can melt.
- Brush off the burners with a toothbrush or remove debris with a small wire to fix cooktop ignitors.
- Do not submerge cast-iron grates in water.
- Spray cleaner on a rag before wiping electronic panels; otherwise the microprocessor switches may be ruined.
