“Prompt, professional service. The technician explained clearly what needed to be done, came back to pick up the Sub-Zero wine fridge, got the repairs done and installed it back. We assumed we were going to be 100% out of pocket because the fridge was 10 years old. However C&W could get bulk of the cost covered under warranty with us having to pay basically for their labor. My husband, Who graduated from the university of Wisconsin at Madison is an engineer and listened very closely to Connor as he provided information to him about Subzero. Let me say that my husband who is a professional engineer, left parent, electrical and mechanical) was very impressed.. He quickly diagnosed the issue and proceeded to successfully work on clearing the clogged drain line. I give tremendous kudos to Connor and If I could, request him to come back to our home to work on our Wolfe and Subzero and Cove Appliances when they need arises.
