Service runs deep in the LaPlante family.

Paul represents the third generation of his family to serve customers through C&W Appliance Service.

His grandfather and father both proudly worked for C&W, helping establish the company’s reputation for professionalism and technical excellence throughout North Texas.

Today, that tradition continues with Paul’s uncle, Philip LaPlante, who serves as our Service Manager and has helped mentor generations of technicians while leading one of the industry’s most respected service organizations.

Before joining C&W Appliance Service, Paul spent nearly a decade with Home Depot, serving in management positions where he developed strong leadership, customer service, and operational skills.

When he joined C&W Appliance Service 30 years ago, he brought with him not only management experience but also an eagerness to master one of the industry’s most technically demanding professions.

Over the years, Paul has become one of the company’s most accomplished technicians, earning the respect of manufacturers, coworkers, and customers alike.
