Kevin joined C&W more than two decades ago, bringing with him specialized knowledge from his time at ASKO. From the very beginning, he stood out for his mastery of ASKO and Cove dishwashers, as well as Scotsman and Sub-Zero ice machines.
And Kevin works across the entire line-up of products that C&W services (e.g., Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Hoshizaki, True, etc). All of these high-end products require careful, precise, and experienced handling.
That’s exactly what Kevin delivers, day in and day out.
A Technician Who Goes the Extra Mile—Literally
Kevin’s commitment runs deep—literally miles deep. He commutes nearly 90 minutes each way, every day, from East Texas to Dallas. His dedication ensures that our customers in the Dallas area receive the best possible service, often from Kevin himself.
But it’s not just the miles he travels. It’s the way he shows up: with professionalism, patience, and a commitment to getting things right the first time. In fact, Kevin consistently ranks as one of the top performers in the company for first-time fix rates and has one of the lowest callback rates on our team.

A Career of Customer Impact
Over the years, Kevin has helped thousands of families keep their homes running smoothly. His service is remembered not just for what he fixed, but how he made people feel—respected, informed, and cared for.
Kevin recalls one longtime customer who had relied on him for years. One day, the customer called—not for a repair—but simply to say thank you for the care and kindness Kevin had shown over the years. The customer passed away shortly after. It’s a moment that Kevin, and all of us, will never forget.
Service—At Work and At Home
Even outside of work, Kevin lives a life of service. In his limited free time, he volunteers as a local firefighter and EMT, helping his East Texas community in moments of need. That same instinct to help and protect shows up in every appliance he services, every customer he assists, and every teammate he supports.
