Bosch "oven, Single" · Model HBL5451UC/05McKinney, TX · February 6, 2025 · Tech: Jerry“Customer removed the broil element out to clean it and a wire to the element fell beck behind the oven. I told the customer to turn the breaker off and leave it off until new element is replaced. I will have to reschedule to come back with an oven dolly pull the unit out and try and install the broil element. I also warned the customer if unit does not work that means the main board has shorted out. That will be an additional cost.At his time the customer is paying for labor to remove oven and install part she removed.”
