Randy joined C&W Appliance Service on May 30, 1984, starting on our pick-up and delivery crew. Since then, he has become one C&W’s Senior Technicians – and an integral part of our team and a cornerstone of our success. Randy has worked on nearly every type of appliance that C&W has serviced throughout the years, earning a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and skilled technicians in the industry.
His expertise with the Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove product lines is particularly renowned.
Randy’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has made him a go-to expert not only within our company but also across the country. Randy’s philosophy aligns with the vision of our co-founder, Wayne Thompson: “Always Do the Right Thing, Always.”
He believes that servicing an appliance means first and foremost taking care of the customer. Randy ensures that customers understand the issues with their appliances and takes proactive steps to ensure their products last as long as possible. His dedication to customer education helps families maximize their investment in their appliances, fostering trust and satisfaction.
Over the years, Randy has become a beloved figure in the Highland Park, University Park, and Preston Hollow communities. He has served families for generations and now finds himself providing service to the children of his initial customers. Randy’s unwavering commitment to quality and customer care has made a lasting impact on tens of thousands of Dallas-Fort Worth families.
