A Foot in the Door: Before our technicians enter your home, they cover their shoes with paper booties. We don’t want to take a chance of tracking mud or dirt on your carpets, tile or hardwood floors.
No Mess Left Behind: Before opening our toolboxes, we put work mats on the floor and countertops. Tools can get greasy, metal toolboxes can scrape finishes, and debris from equipment could fall out when we work. We want to leave the work area as clean as or cleaner than it was when we arrived.
Communication and Follow-through: After diagnosing the problem with your appliance, our technicians explain what is needed. Once your appliance has been repaired, we will show you the work that was performed and explain any other relevant issues. Before leaving, technicians can offer advice on ways to prevent future problems or give you tips on operating your appliance.
Make a Date: Schedule a follow-up visit or ongoing maintenance when our technician is at your home, or contact our office later if you prefer. C&W Appliance Service will call prior to your next appointment to ensure the scheduled date and time is still convenient for you.
Consistency Is Key: Whenever possible, C&W Appliance Service tries to send the same technician to your home for future service calls. That way, you don’t have to repeat any information about prior repairs or household instructions. Most of our customers feel more secure after building a relationship with a trusted technician.
